Due to staffing issues, we have temporarily adjusted our opening hours:
Tuesday through Friday: 7a to 3p
Saturday and Sunday: 8am to 4pm
We've kept your favorites and added some new options, and for the first time we will have hot Jewish favorites like Stuffed Cabbage. We're also adding some creative new rotating bagel and rugelach flavors that you have a say in selecting
We've changed the way you order and wait for your handcrafted meal at Bubby's. From the location you place your order to our beautiful new menu boards, and new technology for notification your meal is ready, we've re-thought the whole experience at Bubby's. You can wait inside, outside, or anywhere within Summerfield Crossing and be instantly notified the second your meal is ready
We've improved the experience for our expanded team, from brand new technology for our team to quickly see your order, to new equipment to give the team more room to work on crafting your meal. We've also improved our behind the scenes layout to provide more room for our team to test new exciting recipes for you to enjoy, and you'll see our Loxsmiths in new uniforms that play homage to traditional deli staff.
